Christian camp has been a developmental thread weaving through most of my life.  I’ve been a camper sleeping in tipis, a summer staffer leading backpacking and canoeing trips, a camp ministry leader, a dad raising a family at camp, and an executive at an organization supporting Christian camps.

Through all of these seasons, I've seen firsthand the positive impact of Christian camp ministry on campers, guests and staff.  I've also experienced the struggles that many camp leaders face.

Because I believe in what God can do through Christian camps, I’m committed to using my experience and knowledge to help these ministries thrive.

Executive coaching is a proven, beneficial process that has helped individuals and organizations successfully navigate the challenges that hinder their progress.  I'm excited to use this approach to serve camp ministries.

My amazing wife, Michelle, and I are now raising our daughters, Violet and Lily, and a small dog named Moose in Colorado.

I don’t think there is a better way to reach people for the Lord in our culture, especially kids, than the Christian camp environment.  I’m for that!  And, because I’m for that, I’m for you - the Christian camp leader.  I want to serve you the best way that I can to help you be the best that you can be.

I believe that way is through executive coaching.

Christian camps face a unique set of challenges, and I want to use my understanding of those challenges to help you solve problems, support your staff and see your camp ministry flourish.

I grew up going to camp, have worked at camps, served on a camp board and I’ve directed a Christian camp ministry.  I’ve also have extensive experience coaching ministries, nonprofits and corporations.

Of all these experiences, nothing has impacted me like the incredible work of Christian camp ministry.  I’m eager to use my camp experience and my executive coaching skills to provide Christian camps with the support needed to be healthy in order to minister effectively.

I’m married to Ruth, the girl of my dreams.  Together, we have four wonderful children and a growing list of grandchildren.
