Our team brings over 50 years of direct camp ministry experience -- we've served in starting positions at camps, as coordinators, as Executive Directors at small camps with only a handful of staff, as part of a national association leadership, and as a multi-site, multi-state camp ministry organization CEO.
While having the decades of camp experience, our team is also unique in that it is comprised of individuals who feel called to and are passionate about areas of camp ministry that are often seen as "parts of the gig." We have spent our careers specializing in marketing, HR, operations, and finances for camps.
